Monthly Meetings
held the fourth Monday of the month at 7:00 PM at Bethesda Lutheran Church in Carlton, Mn. Meetings are open to the public.
Welcome!
Northeast Minnesota Beekeepers Association is a relatively new club; we began the club in 2008 we are primarily based out of Carlton and Duluth MN.
We are about 70 members strong. So far we cover a geographical area from Togo Minnesota to southern Superior Wisconsin and Two Harbors to Sandstone. We have a diverse group, in that we have members who have been beekeeping for over 20 years as well as some members who have yet to start their first hive. If you already have bees and are just looking for a group of like minded individuals then we invite you too. Some manage numerous hives and others just one or two. We very much enjoy the opportunity to share our experiences and learn from others’ experiences.
We’re always welcoming of new members and visitors alike. If you’re not sure if beekeeping is for you or if you’d just like to come and learn, feel free to sit in on a meeting. We meet the fourth Monday of the month January through October at Bethesda Lutheran Church - 204 5th Street - Carlton, MN. Meeting starts at 7 pm, doors open at 6pm for discussion, etc.
